In these two workshops, we'll expand our experience of yoga by exploring essential information rarely taught in public classes. As we steep ourselves in this powerful knowledge, the intricacies of an advanced yoga practice will become more understandable and accessible. Emphasis will be placed on how to integrate this information into your regular practice.
