A Fall dharma, meditation and yoga retreat with Diana & Stacie
September 10-13, 2026
Whispertree Retreat Center
What continues to stay with me most is the unique power of retreat—the way stepping out of daily life and into a shared container allows something deeper to emerge. When time is slowed, distractions are softened, and we are held by both the land and the collective intention, a different kind of listening becomes possible. Layers that are usually defended or hurried begin to loosen, and people often touch places of insight, grief, joy, and clarity that feel less accessible in ordinary life.
There is something profoundly healing about practicing together in this way - being witnessed without fixing, held without urgency, and supported by a space that invites both rest and transformation. These conditions are rare, and when they come together, the impact can be quietly but genuinely life-shaping.
Retreat is not an escape from life, but a return to what is most true, most alive, and most worthy of care.
About This Retreat
This four-day residential retreat weaves together meditation, dharma teachings, mindful yoga, somatic therapeutic movement and embodied wisdom as a path toward greater ease, clarity, and a more peaceful heart-mind.
Through the support of silent mornings, community practice, nature, and contemplative space, we will explore:
meditation as a way of cultivating presence and insight
Dharma teachings as guidance for meeting life with wisdom and compassion
embodiment as a doorway to felt sense experience
ways to integrate practice into the rhythm of daily life
There will be ample time for rest, journaling, and time outdoors on the beautiful land at Whispertree. Evenings will close with quiet practice to support integration.
