THE CONDITIONS FOR HAPPINESS

Fall Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Stacie and Diana May

September 4 - 7, 2025
Whispertree Retreat Center

The Buddha said that the highest happiness is Peace.  The cessation of Suffering.  A sense of contentment and well-being with ourselves and our lives. Much of our practice is about becoming sensitive to our suffering and to our goodness.

A quality of noticing the inner causes and conditions that lead to further distress and harm and the causes and conditions that lead to increased ease, calm, and genuine happiness.

Join us for a weekend exploration into the ancient wisdom of the dharma teachings on happiness, through dharma talks, meditation, yoga, somatic movement, and self-inquiry practices.
