About this Course
The Buddha’s first teaching began with a simple, profound recognition: life brings both joy and difficulty, and within this truth lies the doorway to freedom.
This Fall, I invite you to step onto that path of discovery in a four-part online series on the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths.
Over the course of four Wednesdays, from 4–6 p.m., beginning October 15 and concluding January 7, we will explore the heart of the Buddha’s teachings:
The nature of suffering and dissatisfaction
The causes of suffering
The possibility of freedom
The path that leads to liberation
This series is for those who are new to Buddhist thought as well as practitioners who wish to revisit these foundational teachings with fresh perspective. Each session includes dharma talk, guided meditation, and space for questions and discussion.
This series offers a chance to slow down, listen deeply, and allow the wisdom of these ancient truths to meet the reality of our daily lives with clarity and ease.
